The August layout sketches are up at Stick It Down, and here is the sketch for the Double page layout.
I have used a heap of retired goodies for my page this month, along with photos of my boy when he was just a day old.
Happy stamping!

Yes, that’s right, I have finally been doing some scrapbooking!
The reason being, that I have been invited to be part of a Design Team for Stick it Down.
Here is the sketch for this month’s Double page layout.
And I made it really hard on myself this month, by choosing to make my layout a remembrance layout for my beautiful niece, Jacqui, who passed away back in December last year.
I have used pretty pinks, since Jacqui was definitely a pink girl, the background papers are some I found in my extensive stash! I have created a pocket behind the photo panel on the right hand page by stitching around the panel, so that I can store the booklet from the funeral behind the photo panel. I have also stitched around the outside edge of the background papers. All of the stitching was done on my trusty sewing machine.
Then I have used lots of the gorgeous swirly flourishes, die cut from white cardstock using the Flourish Thinlits Die.
Here are the pages individually……
I hope you will check out all the gorgeous layout inspiration at Stick it Down.
Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Stamping!
Chris
