Heirloom Page and Pockets

I had a wonderful time on Sunday, sharing some crafting time with some lovely ladies.  We all made the same layout, this page and pockets using the Heirloom range of gorgeous patterned papers.  The colours are sooooo lovely!

I can guarantee that everyone’s turned out differently.  I know mine did.  I decided not to make my second page into a set of 6 smaller projects to go into pockets, but added them onto a background paper the same colour as the first page.
Here they are separately:

This was a heap of fun, a lovely mixed media, messy heap of fun!  We used some Gesso to adhere tissue paper which we had previously stamped, onto the white cardstock, and then some watercolouring to create the lovely textured background.
I’ll share some similar cards we made over the next few days.

Happy Stamping!
Chris
