For the next couple of weeks at The Male Room we want your masculine style projects to include SPOTS AND STRIPES. Don’t forget you can make any type of papercraft project – but it must be for the men in our lives – both young and old.
I have used some polka dot papers for my background and then layered some strips of cardstock in various colours on an angle over the patterned papers. Such a great way to use up some of those strips that we all seem to collect.
The car stamp and the sentiment were freebies from a magazine I bought recently. Both the car and the “Happy” have been fussy cut and mounted on dimensional tape.
I hope you will join in with our challenge at The Male Room.
Happy stamping,
Chris

I love the retro feel here. Great idea to leave the car uncoloured and add the colours in the background. Fab card for the DT gallery

The diagonal stripes are so striking on top of the polka dots, love it! And I’m old enough to remember cars like that actually on the road.
