Well, here it is! My very first Design Team post with Our Creative Corner!
Sharon Wheet over at Designs by Sharon has set this week’s challenge, which is:
Create a paper craft item and use the challenge colors: Navy, Pink, and whatever other color you decide. You pick the missing color, any color; Kraft, Yellow, River Rock, Gray, Metallic, etc. (Neutrals don’t count: black, white, cream, or brown).
For my card, I have used the colour Pool Party (one of my all time favourites), with Navy and Pink, and I love the way these colours go together. I have also used the stripes on the containers in the photo for inspiration.

Oh my …. what a super pretty card this is Christina …. I just love those scattered flowers and of course, that bicycle with all the pretty basket inserts is my favourite stamp set right now … you have created a lovely DT debut card and i look forward to many more creations!

You have rewarded us wonderfully with your first card for OCC, how lucky we are to have you, thank you for giving us a card that has such clean lines and follows the CAS genre so very very well, I have not seen this bicycle before, it is exquisite; your design is perfect. Your card has great form and composition and so is pleasing to the sophisticated eye….. Like mine! Ha.

What a sensational debut card for the OCC! The bycicle image is just delightful and I love the pink and white stripes and the tiny flowers. The Pool Party works amazingly well with the pink and navy. Awesome job. So great to be designing along side you at Our Creative Corner.
