No more pink……..

I just couldn’t resist showing you some of the gorgeous roses that I picked from our garden this morning, and yes, they just happen to be pink as well.  They are from one of many rose bushes we have in our garden which are all just starting to bloom.  This one though is very beautiful, and the scent is so strong and filling my craft room with beautiful perfume 🙂  I think it might be time for a rose scrapbook page.  Another time though, when I am over the pink thing! 🙂

I hope I have inspired some of you to create something new this weekend, even if it isn’t pink!  I will be back in the next couple of days with some more ideas for you.  In the meantime, happy stamping.

Challenge #3

Jayne’s Challenge #3 was to make this gorgeous little Watering Can, which looks even cuter in real life.  I love this one!  It was lots of fun to make!
Actually I think all Jayne’s challenges this weekend have been fantastic and a great way to get us all creating, although I do admit that I am a bit over pink! 🙂  Time to make something using a different colour!

Stamp Set: Sweet Stems

Cardstock: Pink Pirouette Patterns and Raspberry Tart Designer Series Papers.

Inks: Rose Red.

Accessories: Paper Snips, Gold Brads, On Board Batch of Blooms, Tombow Glue, Sanding Blocks, Crop-a-dile, Dazzling Diamonds.

Challenge #4 – More Pink!

Yes I know, I missed one.  I haven’t completed Challenge #3 yet, but hope to have it done this afternoon.

Challenge #4 is a card sketch which looks like this:

And here is my version of the sketch, using mainly pink, of course! 🙂
I have added a couple of extra layers to mine, but the basic layout of the main part of the card is still the same.
